What's New in Norseman

Woodlands Wilderness Yoga Retreat

The Woodlands Wilderness Yoga Retreat is a great opportunity to join with others in a beautiful relaxed environment to refresh yourself. Held over the weekend of 18th to 20th of August, with different classes and workshops to suit everyone, it is all about socialising, learning about and enjoying yoga, great food (of course) and leaving feeling really great. If you are interested you can contact Olena on 0412061336.

The Gallery of Splendid Isolation

The Gallery of Splendid Isolation is now fully operational and provides another great attraction to visit in Norseman. Lynn Webb (photographer) is very happy to guide visitors through the gallery and provide insight into the subjects in the photos. Of course visitors can purchase images that catch their eye or choose from his vast collection recorded electronically.
A visit is recommended and allow time to wander and enjoy. The gallery is opposite the 'Tin Camels' in the roundabout on the corner of Prinsep and Ramsay Sts.
If the open sign is out, Lynn is on duty.

Pioneer/Mining Museum

If you are visiting Norseman we encourage you to pay a visit to the Museum that houses a fantastic collection of items relating to our pioneers, mining and history over the years. There are really interesting displays both inside and outside that will appeal to all ages. A new exterior display relating to Norseman's railway history, is currently being created.
The Historical Museum & Association were finalists in the 2016 State Heritage Awards recognizing the contribution by a community group.
The museum is well worth a visit.
Open 10am to 1.00pm 7 days.
